Product Details
Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption. The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton. Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").
Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Old friends, sit on their park bench like bookends...
Once upon a time, I had a small art studio. Just outside was a tiny park in which there was a park bench. You can see a vine-covered concrete wall in shadows of the background. These 2 old men sat on that bench nearly every day, so one day I asked them if I could take their picture. This painting is the result of that polaroid. It is done with a build-up of washes, so some of the detail is the pencil showing through. I love these old geezers. They've been easy to live with these past 40 or so years. (The original painting is 18x24)

First things first - the Fine Art America watermark will not show up on any purchased and printed image! The artist was educated at Boston University School for the Arts. Much of the work is focused in New England, but a love of travel has produced artwork and photographs from around the world. After many years of working with computers for a living, Susan has learned to appreciate them as a tool for creating art. Much of the work seen here has been created or enhanced using various computer programs. Susan, I absolutely LOVE this! That soft, faded pallet, maybe a little faded like these older gentlemen....is so perfect. Little details like the grosgrain ribbon on the hat, the "undershirt" under the outer shirt...just add so much. I love their expressions too! Wonderful! F/L/follow

I absolutely love this one Susan, it reminds me of down home where the elderly would sit on the Court House Bench out front and swap stories, I loved going home and driving through town just to see those old friends hanging out there. :) L/F
